Family Lawyer
We are seeking a full-time family lawyer to join the family team in Woking, Surrey. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a leading Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners ranked team. Applicants will be able to show:
- Experience of a range of family matters including, divorce, financial applications, private law children, Family Law Act 1996 applications and ToLATA
- 1-5 years post qualification experience
- Proven track record as an advocate, higher rights of audience an advantage
- Excellent client care skills
- Fully IT literate
- Ability to prioritise, keen administrative and organisational skills
