Georgia is a Paralegal/Administrative Assistant in our Cardiff office. She graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Law in 2021. After graduating, she gained experience in civil litigation, before joining the criminal defence and regulatory team at Blackfords LLP in June 2022.
Georgia supports fee earners on a variety of general crime and regulatory matters, including those accused of fraud offences, sexual offences and assault. Georgia also primarily deals with matters involving those requiring police station representation and supports clients throughout the subsequent investigations.
Georgia often supports clients by attending Court with them and guiding them through the criminal court process, offering reassurance throughout their trials.
Georgia is currently studying to qualify as a solicitor via the SQE route with an aim to qualify in 2026.
Notably, Georgia contributed efforts leading to the acquittal of Sunderland footballer Jack Diamond in 2024.
