Kim Wintle

Overview

Kim is an Associate Solicitor in the Family and Child Care Team. Kim specialises in public children matters where Social Services have become involved with families; she represents parents, grandparents and other family members.

Kim has extensive experience dealing with complex cases involving Non-Accidental Injuries, sexual abuse and cases with concurrent criminal proceedings. Kim attends the County Court to undertake her own advocacy to ensure her clients have consistent representation throughout.
