Lucy is a highly experienced Associate in our Family Team. She is working towards accreditation as a family mediator and is also member of Resolution, an organisation whereby members are committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.
Lucy has a wealth of experience in all aspects of family law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2008 at a firm in Hampshire. Since then, Lucy has helped her clients with divorce and finalising financial matters arising from the breakdown of their relationship. Lucy also advises clients in relation to private children matters under the Children Act.
Lucy has experience in dealing with complex financial cases involving property portfolios, companies and Armed Forces pensions. Lucy also advises clients in relation to Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements and injunctions.
Lucy provides her clients with tailored, clear advice and is committed to trying to achieve a swift and fair conclusion for all her clients.
