Mike Nicholson is an experienced solicitor (admitted 1995) who has worked in Surrey, Hampshire and South London.

  • R v KC – Central Criminal Court. Manslaughter and rape. Administering a noxious substance with intent to rape.High profile case against a male nurse who was alleged to have administered Midazolam in order to rape patients. He also administered the same drug to a friend who subsequently died.
  • R v KS – Central Criminal Court. Murder and ABH. Female defendant acquitted of all counts following trial.The allegation was the result of an argument over a football going into the neighbour’s garden and the ensuing fight.
  • R v GJ – Kingston Crown Court. Sexual assault.
  • R v HL – Central Criminal Court. Murder. 15 year old who ‘happy slapped’ an elderly man who had just left a mosque with his 7 year old granddaughter. Prosecution accepted a plea to manslaughter.
  • R v WB – Kingston Crown Court. Importation of class A drugs.
  • R v AT – Croydon Crown Court. Conspiracy to defraud/conspiracy to steal. Forgery of thousands of credit cards subsequently used for nearly £2M of purchases.
