No Further Action to be taken in Murder Case

News3rd January 2025

Police will be taking no further action against Andrea Skov’s client, who faced accusations of murder, controlling and coercive behaviour, and administering a noxious substance earlier this year.

The case gathered media attention after a young woman was found deceased in Bracknell, leading to the arrest of Andrea’s client in connection with the tragic incident. Following his arrest, the client was held in custody for almost four days before being released on bail.
Throughout the investigative process, Andrea proactively engaged with the police to assist her clients defence, which was instrumental to the subsequent discontinuation of the police investigation.

Andrea Skov works on an extensive range of criminal cases from historical sexual offences to county line drug matters. She frequently attends the police station to represent clients in interviews under caution, both under arrest and voluntarily.
