Scott, who qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and gained his Higher Rights in 2008 joined Blackfords in 2022 after serving as a Director of a general crime firm. His expertise spans representing individuals and companies investigated and prosecuted by the CPS, NCA, RSPCA, FSA, NRW, and Trading Standards, as well as professionals facing disciplinary matters and appearances at inquests. Scott was recognized in the Legal 500 (2016/2017) as “outstanding” and for providing “well-reasoned advice.”
